Configure a static ip on the interface "Ethernet" - Use "ipconfig /all" for interface overview (own IP / broadcast domain / gateway)
netsh interface ipv4 set address name="Ethernet" static 192.168.1.123 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.1
Activate DHCP mode on the interface "Ethernet"
netsh interface ipv4 set address name="Ethernet" source=dhcp
Show firewall config in graphical interface (netsh advfirewall show):
